Good Health Omega 3 Fish Oil 1500mg is a high strength source of omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA have shown to provide many positive health benefits for the whole system. It's one of our foundational products and contains oil from sustainable fishing practices, of small species fish.

Good Health uses international testing methods to validate the quality and purity of our fish oil, ensuring that oxidation and heavy metal levels comply with regulatory standards. We use TGA (Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration) and IANZ (International Accreditation NZ) accredited testing laboratories for these tests.

Directions

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules with food or as professionally advised.

Children (over 12 years): Take 1-2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised.

Children (under 12 years): Cut 1 capsule and pour over food daily or as professionally advised.

Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Cautions / Contraindications

Contains fish and soy.

In doses over 12g may increase effects of anticoagulant (blood thinning) medication.

Not suitable for vegans.
