DOSAGE

Recommended adult dosage: 1 capsule each time, 3 times daily, taken with meals. Children over three years old: 1 capsule each time, taken every other day. You can open the capsule and mix the powder inside with room temperature food or drinks. Some follow the doctor's advice.
